Job Description
A Senior Product Manager responsible for leading the development and scaling of innovative Workforce products that modernize physical operations through AI-powered solutions, collaborating across teams to deliver impactful, scalable software that addresses customer pain points and drives revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for new Workforce products from discovery to scale
- Conduct market and user research to identify unmet needs and translate them into product opportunities
- Define and communicate product vision and roadmap balancing customer value, feasibility, and business impact
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop full-stack solutions, leveraging AI/ML capabilities
- Identify opportunities to apply AI to automate manual processes, structure data, and support decision-making
- Partner with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to drive adoption, win deals, and inform product strategy
- Establish success metrics, track performance, and iterate to ensure measurable impact and revenue growth
Requirements
- 7 years of product management experience, including launching new products or markets from 0-to-1 through scale.
- Strong customer orientation with a proven ability to translate complex, real-world workflows into intuitive, scalable software products.
- Demonstrated experience building AI-powered products or working with AI ML technologies to solve customer problems.
- Technical fluency in concepts like data modeling, APIs, and UX data presentation, with the ability to dive deep with engineers and make informed tradeoffs.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using both qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity to deliver innovative solutions that align with customer needs and business outcomes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: $127,925 - $215,000 USD annually
Work schedule: Hybrid position requiring 2-3 days per week in San Francisco, CA office and 2-3 days remote
