Job Description

The role involves leading a team of senior renewal account executives to retain and expand high-value enterprise accounts, managing complex multi-million-dollar agreements, and driving strategic renewal and negotiation processes to maximize contract value and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of senior Renewal Account Executives managing large, strategic accounts
  • Drive renewal rate performance and forecast accuracy within the segment
  • Support and coach complex negotiations for multi-million dollar agreements
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on strategic account planning and commercial strategies
  • Establish inspection rhythms and deal reviews to ensure effective execution of long-cycle renewals
  • Identify systemic risks in the portfolio and implement mitigation strategies
  • Elevate negotiation frameworks and best practices to maximize contract value and customer outcomes

Requirements

  • 6 years of quota-carrying experience in renewals, account management, or Enterprise SaaS sales
  • 3 years of frontline sales or renewals leadership experience managing high-performing, quota-carrying teams
  • Demonstrated success leading teams responsible for complex 500K Enterprise Majors SaaS agreements
  • Strong executive presence with experience engaging Director and C-level stakeholders
  • Proven ability to coach advanced negotiation strategy and multi-threaded deal execution
  • Consistent track record of driving forecast accuracy and operational rigor
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally to resolve complex commercial and contractual issues
  • Highly organized with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • High integrity, strong business judgment, and ability to operate independently in high-stakes environments
  • Salesforce proficiency

Annual OTE salary range of $151,200 to $243,000 USD
