Job Description
This role involves developing, managing, and enhancing knowledge management strategies and systems to support the company's growth and customer success, with a focus on project coordination, process improvements, and leveraging AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive content guidelines, taxonomy, and organization to support the knowledge management (KM) library
- Manage project planning, coordination, and successful delivery within the KM portfolio
- Assist in developing and implementing knowledge management strategies
- Identify and implement enhancements in KM processes and technology based on KPIs and industry best practices
- Participate in technology-driven initiatives, incorporating AI and innovative solutions
- Champion and embed company cultural principles within KM initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3 years of Knowledge Management (KM) experience, with a solid foundation in AI platforms, dynamic troubleshooting workflows, and KM analytics and KPIs
- Proficient in project and program management, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in one or more CMS or KMS systems
- Proficient in Showpad, JIRA, Confluence, Zendesk, Tableau, or similar tools
- Proficient in support-focused or knowledge-focused AI technology
