Job Description
The role involves developing and executing data-driven digital marketing campaigns across various paid social and ABM channels to drive customer acquisition and business growth, with a focus on experimentation, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven customer acquisition and expansion strategies across paid social and account-based advertising channels.
- Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, including audience targeting, ad trafficking, creative optimization, and performance analysis.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve ad creative, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Analyze performance data to optimize audience segmentation, creative development, and bidding approaches.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create integrated campaigns aligned with business goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with Paid Social advertising.
- Experience in developing and executing end-to-end digital campaign strategies including audience targeting, creative optimization, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in building campaigns and ads directly within platform-native tools such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Rollworks, and 6sense.
- Experience trafficking ads and implementing tags in Google Tag Manager and on websites.
- Results-oriented and data-driven approach, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions and prioritize roadmaps.
- Proven ability to build performance marketing channels from the ground up, focusing on high-impact, high-return initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across technical and creative teams.
- High level of ownership and accountability, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Proactive self-starter who identifies opportunities for marketing to drive business growth.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns.
- Experience with search or programmatic display advertising (preferred but not mandatory).
