The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the global sales team by managing account and opportunity data, streamlining sales processes, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to drive sales success in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational support to the sales organization, including account and opportunity management and support case responses.
Solve time-sensitive sales issues to facilitate deal closure.
Enforce sales processes and policies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support sales deals.
Administer and support sales tools, including Salesforce.
Embed and promote Samsara's cultural principles within the sales team.
Requirements
Fluent speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Spanish.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Attention to detail.
Fast-learner who is eager to tackle tasks independently, using available resources before seeking guidance.
Comfort working under time pressure.
Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the workplace environment.
Ability to multitask and organize multiple priorities at once.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum of 1 year of previous Sales Support or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Salesforce.
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not explicitly stated as mandatory).
Reside in Mexico and be authorized to work in the specified work location.
Flexibility to work in either PST or EST hours, adjusting for daylight savings time observed in the United States.
