Job Description
The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the global sales team by managing account and opportunity processes, resolving sales challenges, and ensuring the effective use of sales tools, all while fostering customer relationships and contributing to the company's growth in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to the sales organization, including account and opportunity management
- Support case responses and resolve time-sensitive sales issues to facilitate deal closure
- Enforce sales processes and policies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support sales deals
- Administer and manage sales tools, including Salesforce
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster trust and long-term success
Requirements
- Fluent speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Spanish.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Fast-learner who is eager to tackle tasks independently, using available resources before seeking guidance.
- Comfort working under time pressure.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the workplace environment.
- Ability to multitask and organize multiple priorities at once.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 1 year of previous Sales Support or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of experience working with Salesforce.
- Flexibility to work in either PST or EST hours, adjusting for daylight savings time observed in the United States as needed.
- This role requires fluency in English and Spanish and is a remote position open to candidates residing in Mexico.
