Job Description
This role involves developing and delivering sales enablement programs to support the renewal organization, enhancing sales productivity, and fostering continuous learning and growth within a high-growth, technical sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop tailored enablement strategies to address performance gaps in the renewals organization.
- Create and implement learning programs to support change management initiatives for Renewals AEs and RAEs.
- Lead training sessions and serve as a subject matter expert in developing training materials and messaging.
- Represent sales learning needs across the business for ongoing development investment.
- Embed and promote Samsara's cultural principles within the sales enablement function.
- Coach salespeople individually and in groups to improve performance and adoption of sales strategies.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to drive business impact and reinforce change initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited university.
- Minimum of 5 years in sales enablement or related fields, preferably in high-growth environments with knowledge of sales methodologies and renewals or account management strategies.
- Prior experience in quota carrying roles ideally in more complex, Enterprise, or technical sales processes as an Account Manager and/or Account Executive.
- Experience collaborating with sales leaders to drive business impact.
- Ability to dive into technical details and learn about product features and customer impact.
- Strong communication and training delivery skills.
- Ability to coach salespeople in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Ability to coach leveraging sales leadership as change agents to reinforce RAE adoption.
- Skilled at building trust and credibility and engaging with senior leaders to drive initiatives aligned with key objectives.
- Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to manage many projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts using clear and concise language.
- Location: Remote - North America.
- Experience working in fast-paced, change-heavy environments.
- Ability to balance business needs across multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to guide and motivate sellers to achieve their performance goals.
- Direct experience with Lessonly LMS, Showpad CMS, and/or Jira Project Management.
- Multi-lingual ability to create and translate learning content in English, French, and Spanish.
