Job Description
The role involves managing the interview process for software engineering candidates, providing in-person support at the San Francisco office, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while coordinating logistics and communicating with senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the interview process, including scheduling and logistics
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a positive experience
- Provide in-person support for onsite interviews at the San Francisco office
- Communicate confidently with senior leadership and high-level stakeholders
- Maintain operational excellence in scheduling and interview coordination
- Embed and promote company cultural principles during the recruitment process
Requirements
- Ability to commute to the San Francisco office 2 times weekly for in-person interview days.
- At least 1 year of high-volume scheduling, administration, or project coordination experience.
- Strong communication ability with the skill to draft professional, clear, and empathetic correspondence.
- Extreme attention to detail to catch small errors that others might miss.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS and Google Workspace (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience coordinating for technical or engineering teams (preferred but not mandatory).

Annual Base Salary range: 44,327 - 74,500 USD
