Job Description
The role involves acting as a strategic HR partner to design and scale high-performing, innovative engineering and product teams, fostering a strong culture, and leveraging data to optimize organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and structure high-performing, scalable, and agile organizational teams within R&D to maximize speed and impact.
- Partner with senior engineering, AI, and product leaders to anticipate talent needs and develop organizational structures that support innovation.
- Implement leadership development programs and foster a culture of continuous feedback, accountability, and innovation.
- Utilize people analytics to inform organizational design, improve team health, and enhance leadership effectiveness.
- Advise senior leadership on talent strategy, organizational scaling, and team restructuring to maintain operational excellence and agility.
Requirements
- 8 years of People Partner experience, with at least 5 years supporting R D, product, AI, or engineering teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Proven experience designing org structures that enable teams to ship quickly while maintaining execution discipline.
- Ability to influence communication as a trusted advisor to executives and navigate complex org dynamics while driving decisive action.
- Ability to translate people metrics into strategic insights that directly impact speed, execution, and long-term team success.
- Operate with a founder mindset, embracing ambiguity and solving problems proactively, demonstrating an ownership mentality.
