Job Description

The Director of Client Experience at Aprio is responsible for leading initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and engagement, working within a fast-growing CPA and advisory firm to deliver exceptional service and foster strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and enhance the client experience strategy and initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support client needs.

Requirements

  • Experience working as a senior leader or director in client experience, account management, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading client experience initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of CPA firm services, tax, and consulting industry standards and client needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement client experience strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment aligned with the 'Aprio Way' culture.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and ensuring delivery of exceptional client service.
  • Proven ability to innovate and bring new ideas to improve client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment with the capacity to adapt to change.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic plans related to client experience or customer success.
  • Ability to work in a flexible, hybrid, or remote working environment, managing responsibilities independently.
