Job Description
The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level organizational, planning, and communication support to enable the CEO's effectiveness, serving as a trusted liaison across leadership and stakeholders, and handling both professional and personal responsibilities within a dynamic, growth-oriented firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CEO through organization, planning, and communication.
- Optimize the CEO's time and manage scheduling.
- Serve as a liaison across the executive leadership team and external stakeholders.
- Provide professional and personal support to the CEO.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably a CEO or Managing Partner.
- Exceptional organization, planning, and communication skills to support the success of the firm through effective management of the CEO's office.
- Ability to optimize the CEO's time and communication effectively.
- Experience serving as a trusted liaison across the executive leadership team and internal and external stakeholders, including private equity partners.
- Proven ability to handle both professional and personal support responsibilities for an executive.
- Strong interpersonal skills to serve as a trusted liaison and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience coordinating and scheduling complex calendars and meetings.
- Ability to prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environment, including remote and hybrid work arrangements.
- Willingness to provide both professional and personal support as required by the CEO.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate high initiative.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Physical ability to perform typical office tasks, including sitting for extended periods, using a computer, and handling office equipment.
