Job Description

The Manager of Application Development will lead and optimize the application development team and processes within a growing CPA and advisory firm, contributing to innovative technology solutions and supporting the firm's strategic growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the application development team and processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define application requirements and specifications
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software applications
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient applications
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with existing systems
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for application development projects
  • Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence

Requirements

  • Experience working with application development teams and processes, with a focus on maximizing team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ability to lead and manage application development projects within a fast-growing firm environment.
  • Proven expertise in application development, including knowledge of relevant programming languages, frameworks, or tools (specific technologies not specified but implied).
