Job Description
The Manager of Application Development will lead and optimize the application development team and processes within a growing CPA and advisory firm, contributing to innovative technology solutions and supporting the firm's strategic growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the application development team and processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define application requirements and specifications
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software applications
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient applications
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with existing systems
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for application development projects
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence
Requirements
- Experience working with application development teams and processes, with a focus on maximizing team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ability to lead and manage application development projects within a fast-growing firm environment.
- Proven expertise in application development, including knowledge of relevant programming languages, frameworks, or tools (specific technologies not specified but implied).
- Strong leadership and management skills to oversee application development teams and initiatives.
- Experience in a managerial or senior role related to application development or IT management.
