Job Description
This role involves managing and optimizing the company's marketing technology systems, supporting operational tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing processes and deliver impactful results in a fast-growing, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute assigned projects and support operational tasks to ensure stable and effective marketing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, brainstorm, and implement marketing operations initiatives.
- Create process documentation and facilitate training to ensure proper use of marketing tools and resources.
- Maintain alignment between Marketing Operations and Security/Strategic Sourcing teams.
- Problem-solve proactively and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, business systems, sales operations, process improvement, or related roles with an emphasis on problem solving and execution.
- Strong sense of ownership and bias for action, with a passion for process design and delivering a stellar end user experience.
- Eagerness to stay up to date on the latest MarTech news and bring value to the business through the innovative use of technology.
- Experience with technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo, Iterable, Contentful, Hightouch, or Gumloop.
- Experience with project management tools such as Airtable or Jira to manage operational tickets and projects.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including Procurement, BizTech, and Security to deliver on marketing needs.
- Ability to execute assigned projects and support standard operational tasks to deliver superior services and systems to the marketing team.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and good communication skills to collaborate across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to build clear, how-to process documentation for the broader marketing team and facilitate training sessions to ensure resources are being used correctly by end-users.
- Ability to maintain close alignment between the Marketing Operations team and Strategic Sourcing and Security teams.

Annual Base Salary range: 93,500 - 121,000 USD
