Job Description
This role involves leading the global sales recruiting team, developing hiring strategies, and implementing processes to attract and retain high-performing sales development professionals, with a focus on scaling operations and driving organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and implement systems, processes, and organizational structures to improve hiring quality, efficiency, and team productivity.
- Conduct strategic workforce planning by understanding business needs and adjusting talent strategies accordingly.
- Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing recruiting team across full-cycle recruiting functions.
- Manage KPI achievement, track team performance, and lead initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes.
- Establish feedback loops to continually improve hiring calibration and evaluation practices.
- Facilitate training with hiring managers and interviewers to enhance assessment quality.
- Influence sales organization change management initiatives through stakeholder relationships.
- Partner with business stakeholders on long-term talent strategy and pipeline management.
- Lead operational excellence by identifying opportunities, scoping solutions, and implementing process improvements.
- Champion and embed company cultural principles within the recruiting team and broader organization.
Requirements
- 8 years of overall professional experience, including at least 5 years in talent acquisition and 1 year in people management or leadership team lead role.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring, managing, and coaching a high-volume, quota-carrying sales recruiting team.
- Experience with Early Talent University recruitment is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from raw data sets, including experience with Excel formulas and pivot tables.
- Proven ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to an executive-level audience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience hiring for Sales Development, Business Development, or high-volume sales positions.
