Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales and leadership to develop strategies that increase sales efficiency and revenue closure.
Define and refine processes for handling incoming requests, minimizing friction points in sales operations.
Lead initiatives to improve the sales representative experience by identifying pain points and implementing solutions.
Work across departments to prioritize and execute improvements aimed at increasing revenue and profitability.
Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing, inclusive team of deal strategy and sales support professionals.
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a sales support or deal strategy role, preferably at a high-growth technology company with a sales team of 500 people or experience in similar growth or operations roles in a dynamic environment
Significant experience with Salesforce, specifically Salesforce reporting, as well as experience with data visualization tools e.g. Tableau
Excellent communication skills with the AVP levels of the organization
Proficiency in Salesforce.com and the overall sales technology ecosystem
Action-oriented to solve problems on short timelines
