Job Description
The role involves leading and coaching a team of Account Development Representatives to generate leads and drive revenue in the IoT and SaaS space, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships and supporting the company's growth in the physical operations industry.
Responsibilities
- •Manage and motivate a team of 8-10 Account Development Representatives (ADRs) to exceed sales goals through coaching and development
- •Leverage company tools and dashboards to improve ADR performance
- •Hire, onboard, and mentor ADRs both in person and virtually
- •Collaborate with Sales Leadership to optimize the sales pipeline and drive revenue
- •Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles within the team
- •Focus on customer success and building long-term relationships
Requirements
- •Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- •At least 1-2 years of experience managing a team.
- •Strategic problem-solving, project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- •Deep understanding of Salesforce (SFDC).
- •Proven ability to train, coach, and mentor Account Development Representatives.
- •Management experience in SaaS or IoT space.
- •Ability to travel to the Atlanta office.
- •Experience with organizations within the government of the United States, including federal, state, district, territory, city, municipality, township, county, or parish governments.
