The role involves leading and coaching a team of sales development representatives to generate leads and drive revenue, focusing on outbound prospecting and utilizing sales technology in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and motivate a team of 8-10 Mid-Market Development Representatives to exceed their goals through coaching and development
Leverage sales tools such as Gong, Salesforce, and AI dashboards to improve team performance
Recruit, hire, and onboard new ADRs with the necessary tools and training
Collaborate with Sales leadership and other departments to optimize pipeline and drive revenue
Coach and mentor team members to develop sales skills, resilience, and effective prospecting techniques
Requirements
3 years of sales experience
1 year of experience managing a sales development or equivalent team with heavy outbound experience
Strategic problem-solving, project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Deep understanding of Salesforce and Gong
Proven ability to train, coach, and mentor Account Development Representatives
Management experience in SaaS or IoT space
Ability to work from the Atlanta office 3 days per week
