Job Description

This role involves deploying and managing IoT solutions for public sector clients, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing customer success to improve the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the deployment of Samsara IoT solutions for Public Sector customers to ensure quick time to value.
  • Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage and adoption.
  • Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health.
  • Conduct training sessions and demonstrate Samsara's technology to various stakeholders.
  • Understand and explain the capabilities of the Samsara platform to Public Sector organizations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure successful deployment and ongoing success.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Success, Implementation Associate, account management, or strategic consulting role.
  • Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Previous hands-on experience assisting or working with technical products.
  • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders including executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and day-to-day users of software.
  • Passion for going above and beyond the call of duty, taking initiative, and thriving in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment.
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
  • Experience serving and supporting large-scale solutions for Public Sector organizations.
  • Strong priority management skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to explain the capabilities of the Samsara platform to Public Sector organizations of all types.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer engagements in parallel and work cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Strong bias for action and the ability to think big with high standards.
