Job Description
A highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant supporting the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Operating Officer by managing calendars, travel, communications, and special projects to ensure smooth operations and enable executive effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize complex executive calendars, global travel, expenses, and high-priority communications for the CRO and COO
- Provide high-quality execution on ad hoc projects and requests delegated by the Executive Business Partner
- Drive operational excellence in meetings, off-sites, and leadership events
- Represent the CRO and COO's office with professionalism and confidence as a trusted proxy
- Support on-site activities at the San Francisco HQ and assist with off-site or company events, including travel support
- Partner with the Executive Business Partner to support the executives' office and ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior executives.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Located within a reasonable commuting distance of the San Francisco office.
- Proven success in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills and near-instant responsiveness via Slack, text, and email.
- High emotional intelligence, resilience, and impeccable judgment with sensitive information.
- Flexibility to adjust hours to meet business needs across time zones.
- Tech-savvy with experience using G-Suite, Slack, Zoom, Expensify, and related tools.
- Resourceful, proactive, and motivated to contribute at a high level.
- Ability to manage and optimize multiple and complex executive calendars, global travel, expenses, and high-priority communications.
- Ability to provide rapid, high-quality execution on ad hoc projects and requests.
- Ability to drive operational excellence in meetings, off-sites, and leadership events.
- Ability to act as a trusted proxy, representing the CRO and COO’s office with confidence and professionalism in all interactions.
- Willingness to provide on-site support in the San Francisco HQ when needed.
- Availability to occasionally travel up to 20% to support executives at off-sites or company events.
- Demonstrated success in handling sensitive information with high emotional intelligence and judgment.
