Job Description

The Account Development Representative at Samsara is responsible for generating leads, building demand, and supporting the company's go-to-market strategy through prospecting and engaging with potential customers, with opportunities for career growth in SaaS sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hunt for leads and identify potential enterprise accounts.
  • Map and research target accounts to build demand for products.
  • Make 30-50 cold calls daily to prospective customers.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to develop effective sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Ability and willingness to make 30-50 cold calls a day.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience and/or sales prospecting ability.
  • Must demonstrate a growth mindset and a willingness to be collaborative with your teammates and in your selling process.
