Job Description

The Enterprise Select Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with Samsara's largest and most complex customers, driving adoption of the platform, guiding strategic initiatives, and aligning customer goals with product roadmaps to ensure long-term success and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the largest and most complex customer accounts to drive adoption and maximize long-term value.
  • Lead strategic customer engagements to understand current operations and recommend workflow transformations.
  • Architect joint success plans with defined objectives and metrics to achieve customer business goals.
  • Conduct executive business reviews to align multi-year operational transformations with customer and company roadmaps.
  • Influence internal product, finance, and support roadmaps to support mission-critical customer initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of work experience with most recent experience in a Senior Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic consulting role.
  • Mastery of priority management and emotional intelligence required to lead high-stakes, Fortune 500 partnerships, with a proven ability to take strategic initiative and thrive in high-visibility, change-heavy environments.
  • Track record of anticipating strategic obstacles and resolving complex challenges through a blend of foresight, deep business insight, and diplomatic poise under multifaceted pressure.
  • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively across all levels, from executive leadership to technical teams and daily end-users, both internally and externally.
  • Experience supporting Enterprise SaaS and/or Fortune 500 companies and working with technical products.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
  • Ability to travel up to 25-40% as required for the role.

Annual Base Salary range: $88,979.55 to $134,590.91 USD
