Job Description

The Enterprise Core Account Executive is responsible for selling Samsara's Connected Operations Platform to large enterprise customers in the UK, focusing on building executive relationships, managing complex sales processes, and driving digital transformation in physical operations across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop executive-level relationships within strategic accounts
  • Manage customer engagements from prospecting to closing
  • Conduct complex sales campaigns involving POCs, trials, and negotiations
  • Drive new business acquisition through strategic outbound prospecting
  • Handle enterprise deal sizes with multiple stakeholders, including C-Level executives
  • Apply value-based selling approaches to customer solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and long-term growth

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
  • Proven expertise winning new business logos through a repeatable sales motion.
  • Demonstrable expertise in strategic outbound prospecting, particularly via inside sales.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in Enterprise level accounts, winning multiple 100k ARR transactions.
  • Experience handling enterprise deal sizes with multiple stakeholders at C-Level.
  • Value based selling approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Working remotely in UK, however comfortable traveling to meet customers as needed.
  • Experience working with line of business stakeholders in Operations, Finance, or IT.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, customer facing environment.
  • MEDDIC experience or similar sales qualification methodologies such as Sandler Pain Funnel.
  • Ability to develop Executive-Level relationships within strategic, named accounts.
  • Ownership of customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close.
  • Ability to demonstrate an excellent solution-based sales process in complex sales campaigns.
