Job Description

The role involves developing and managing executive-level relationships within strategic accounts to drive enterprise sales of Samsara's IoT solutions, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on complex, high-value transactions and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop executive-level relationships within strategic accounts
  • Manage customer engagements from prospecting to closing
  • Demonstrate solution-based sales process in complex sales campaigns
  • Handle enterprise deal sizes and C-Level relationships
  • Engage in strategic outbound prospecting

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts and 500k ARR transactions.
  • Experience handling and owning enterprise deal sizes and C-Level relationships.
  • Willing and comfortable with strategic outbound prospecting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) and pipeline methodology.
  • Experience working with line of business stakeholders such as Operations, Finance, and IT.

Annual on-target earnings (OTE) range of $194,600 to $278,000 depending on location
