The Enterprise Sales Director at Samsara is responsible for leading and expanding the enterprise field sales team, driving customer success, and promoting the company's IoT solutions across various industries through strategic sales management and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Implement coaching and development programs for Field Sales Representatives
Collaborate with leadership to develop performance metrics
Coordinate with Field Sales Engineers and support teams to meet performance and customer expectations
Lead and develop an inclusive, high-performing sales team
Drive enterprise sales growth by introducing and promoting Samsara's technology solutions
Requirements
Previous experience supervising a sales team in a management capacity
Proven track record of ability to train, spearhead and motivate enterprise sales teams
Minimum of 8 years of technology sales experience
At least 5 years of experience managing a sales team
Solid understanding of Salesforce (SFDC)
Experience leading and building a Field Sales Team (preferred but not explicitly mandatory, included as a related requirement)
