Job Description
The Enterprise Sales Director at Samsara is responsible for expanding the company's enterprise field sales, leading and developing sales teams, and driving customer success through the promotion of IoT-based operational solutions across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement coaching and development programs for Field Sales Representatives
- Collaborate with leadership to develop performance metrics
- Coordinate with Field Sales Engineers and support teams to meet performance and customer expectations
- Lead and develop an inclusive, high-performing sales team
- Drive enterprise sales efforts and expand market presence
- Train, motivate, and oversee enterprise sales teams to achieve targets
Requirements
- Previous experience supervising a sales team in a management capacity
- Proven track record of ability to train, spearhead and motivate enterprise sales teams
- 8 years of technology sales experience
- 5 years experience managing a team sales supervision
- Solid understanding of SFDC (Salesforce.com)
- 3 years experience managing a team sales leadership
