Job Description
A Customer Success Associate responsible for working with public sector clients to optimize their operations using Samsara's IoT platform, providing strategic guidance, conducting workshops, and building long-term relationships to ensure safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations using the IoT platform
- Develop success plans with customers, outlining objectives, metrics, and timelines, and address barriers to achieving business value
- Conduct executive business reviews with decision-makers and leadership to evaluate past successes and align on future goals
- Facilitate workshops to analyze current operations and recommend workflow improvements to optimize product usage
- Deeply understand and explain the capabilities of the Samsara platform to various Public Sector organizations
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
- Enterprise SaaS experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Previous hands-on experience assisting or working with technical products.
- Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders including executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and day-to-day users of software.
- Passion for going above and beyond the call of duty, taking initiative, and thriving in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment.
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
- Strong bias for action, the ability to think big, with insistence on high standards.
- Experience serving and supporting large-scale solutions for Public Sector organizations.
- Thrives in an unstructured, fast-paced, and change-heavy environment.
