Job Description

The Contract Recruiter at Samsara is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting processes, sourcing and engaging early-career talent, and partnering with hiring managers to build diverse and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for early-career talent and sales roles
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand team needs and facilitate interview processes
  • Create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in recruiting efforts
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders to support hiring decisions
  • Track and update recruitment pipeline data and maintain accurate records in ATS
  • Promote and embody Samsara’s cultural principles within the recruitment process

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in Phoenix or Atlanta and legally authorized to work in the country.
  • Comfortable being in the office 2 days a week.
  • Experience with Early Talent University recruitment is a plus.
  • Experience hiring for sales roles such as SDR, ADR, BDRs, or account executives.
  • Ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
  • Proven strategic sourcing skills.
  • Team player with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities.
  • Able to confidently represent Samsara with professionalism, both internally and externally.
  • Target-driven, detail-oriented, approachable, and able to bring up others around you.
  • Previous tech experience preferred.
  • Unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or equivalent ATS experience.
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience.
