Job Description
The Contract Recruiter at Samsara is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting processes, sourcing and engaging early-career talent, and partnering with hiring managers to build diverse and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for early-career talent and sales roles
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand team needs and facilitate interview processes
- Create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in recruiting efforts
- Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders to support hiring decisions
- Track and update recruitment pipeline data and maintain accurate records in ATS
- Promote and embody Samsara’s cultural principles within the recruitment process
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in Phoenix or Atlanta and legally authorized to work in the country.
- Comfortable being in the office 2 days a week.
- Experience with Early Talent University recruitment is a plus.
- Experience hiring for sales roles such as SDR, ADR, BDRs, or account executives.
- Ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
- Proven strategic sourcing skills.
- Team player with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities.
- Able to confidently represent Samsara with professionalism, both internally and externally.
- Target-driven, detail-oriented, approachable, and able to bring up others around you.
- Previous tech experience preferred.
- Unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or equivalent ATS experience.
- BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience.
