Job Description

This role involves managing and optimizing marketing technology systems, integrating AI and ML solutions, and collaborating across teams to enhance marketing operations and automate processes at scale within a fast-growing, innovative company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and configure enterprise-level MarTech platforms including Salesforce, MAP, CDP, CMS, and DAM.
  • Integrate, deploy, and utilize AI/ML models within marketing systems to solve business problems.
  • Assess and recommend new AI-powered MarTech solutions through technical evaluations and proof-of-concept development.
  • Design and develop no-code or low-code applications to improve system functionality and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable the delivery of marketing technology initiatives and support pipeline targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or a similar role such as GTM engineer.
  • Strong internal communication skills with proven ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders including Marketing, Finance, IT, and other cross-functional leaders.
  • Experience managing the software procurement processes from initial problem scoping through vendor evaluation, selection, implementation, and ongoing management phases.
  • Experience developing custom solutions or integrations across third-party technology to unlock new capabilities or dramatically improve processes.
  • Strong technical orientation with excitement about developing system architecture and working closely with technical partners internally and on vendor teams.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree, Technical degree, or relevant work experience.
  • Experience with MarTech system architecture, including administration, configuration, and integration management of enterprise-level platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Iterable, Contentful, Zoom, Webflow, Databricks, Tableau, 6sense, ReachDesk.
  • Hands-on experience integrating, deploying, or utilizing AI/ML models within a live marketing environment to solve business problems.
  • Ability to conduct deep technical assessments of new and emerging AI-powered MarTech solutions, lead Proofs of Concept (POCs), build buy-vs-build analysis, and provide technical recommendations for adoption.
  • Experience designing and generating no-code or low-code applications to bridge system gaps, enhance functionality, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and architectural designs to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams building and maintaining custom infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, SQL, API integration, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
