Job Description

The Regional Client Solutions Manager at RES leads a sales team to develop client relationships, drive strategic ecological restoration deals, and contribute to environmental sustainability efforts while mentoring team members and influencing market growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor regional sales team to deepen client relationships and expand the client base
  • Drive strategic deal-making and manage complex mitigation projects
  • Coach team members through deal strategies, financial reviews, and client presentations
  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics to set and evaluate regional sales targets and goals
  • Present at industry events to promote RES's services and build partnerships
  • Review and ensure proposals, contracts, and legal terms align with company risk tolerance
  • Identify and pursue potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities
  • Provide feedback and guidance to team members to support their growth and success

Requirements

  • Eight (8) years of experience in a related industry, with at least five (5) years in client-facing or deal-centric roles
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience managing or mentoring a team in sales or strategic partnerships
  • Deep understanding of environmental mitigation, ecological restoration, or related services
  • Fluency in financial analysis and deal structures, with the ability to navigate Go No-Go decisions and risk mitigation
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable using CRM systems like Zoho
  • Experience crafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with legal counsel
  • Experience presenting at regional or national conferences
  • Ability to forecast bookings and translate them into revenue projections
