Job Description
The Proposal Coordinator I at RES supports the development and submission of environmental and engineering project proposals by coordinating content, formatting documents, and ensuring timely delivery, while gaining foundational experience in proposal development and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and submission of proposals and tender packages
- Coordinate inputs and consolidate content from multiple contributors
- Format and prepare documents to meet required formats and deadlines
- Maintain master files and version control of proposal documents
- Assemble supporting documents and ensure completeness of final proposal packages
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred
- Experience consolidating sections and or documents developed by others into a required tender proposal format preferred
- Experience maintaining master document sets and version control preferred
- Interest in a related field environment, engineering, or construction preferred
- Strong Word formatting skills including styles, headers, footers, tables, page layout, cross-references, and track changes
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple deadlines while staying highly accurate
- Prior exposure to environmental, engineering, or construction terminology and deliverables
