Job Description
The Program Manager will lead prototype development, assessments, and experimentation to support the Department of War DoW in modernizing defense capabilities and maintaining technological superiority against adversaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead prototype development to accelerate innovation and modernization for the Department of War DoW.
- Facilitate multicomponent assessments and experimentation to support rapid modernization of the force.
- Support the development of digital and physical architectures for future defense capabilities.
- Address Joint Operational Problems through program management and technical leadership.
Requirements
- Experience supporting the Department of War DoW in addressing Joint Operational Problems.
- Ability to lead prototype development that accelerates innovation and modernization.
- Experience facilitating rapid modernization of the force through leading multicomponent assessments and experimentation.
- Proven leadership skills in managing high-visibility projects that impact digital and physical architecture of future defense capabilities.
