Job Description
The Senior Financial Manager will oversee financial operations and support strategic planning within Redhorse Corporation, contributing to projects that enhance national security through data and technology solutions for the Department of War.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Department of War DoW in utilizing data and technology for operational problem-solving
- Develop prototypes to accelerate innovation and modernization efforts
- Facilitate multicomponent assessments and experimentation to inform decision-making
Requirements
- Experience supporting the Department of War DoW or similar defense or government agencies with data and technology solutions.
- Proven ability to support the development of prototypes that accelerate innovation and modernization to compete with a peer near-peer adversary.
- Experience facilitating rapid modernization of the force through multicomponent assessments and experimentation.
- Ability to support and contribute to a campaign of learning and collecting a body of evidence related to operational problems.
- Demonstrated skills in building technology-agnostic solutions for complex operational challenges.
- Strong understanding of joint operational problems and how to address them through prototype development.
- Experience working in a solution-driven environment delivering data insights and technology solutions for mission-critical national interests.
- Ability to work as a trusted partner with skilled professionals in a collaborative team environment.
