Job Description
The Senior Business Systems Analyst supports the FBI National Security Branch by acting as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to modernize and secure systems related to national security legal processes, thereby enhancing data management and IT governance to protect national interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a bridge between technical developers and non-technical stakeholders to ensure system requirements are understood and met
- Support the development and modernization of systems used for National Security Letters (NSLs), FISA, and other legal processes
- Ensure enterprise systems are secure, mission-aligned, and compliant with legal and security standards
- Contribute to improving data management and IT governance within the FBI's enterprise systems
Requirements
- Experience serving as a Business Systems Analyst supporting government or national security systems.
- Ability to serve as a critical bridge between technical developers and non-technical stakeholders to ensure systems are modern, secure, and mission-aligned.
- Experience supporting systems used for National Security Letters (NSLs), the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), and other legal processes.
- Expertise in influencing the development of enterprise systems to improve data management and IT governance within a federal agency or similar environment.
