Job Description
The Senior Analyst supports the Department of War DoW by developing prototypes and innovative solutions to address joint operational challenges, leveraging data and technology to accelerate modernization and enhance national security capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of prototypes to address Joint Operational Problems.
- Accelerate innovation and modernization efforts for the Department of War DoW.
- Facilitate multicomponent assessments and experimentation to gather evidence and inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience supporting the Department of War DoW or similar defense or government agencies with data and technology solutions.
- Proven ability to develop prototypes that support innovation and modernization efforts to address Joint Operational Problems.
- Experience in rapid modernization of military or government forces through multicomponent assessments and experimentation.
- Ability to support and facilitate a campaign of learning and collecting a body of evidence related to operational assessments.
- Demonstrated skills in building technology-agnostic solutions tailored to mission-critical customer needs.
- Strong analytical skills to support complex operational problems and develop data-driven insights.
- Experience working in environments that require collaboration across multiple components or organizations.
- Excellent communication skills to support the development and presentation of prototypes and assessments.
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and modify or adjust project scope as required by organizational priorities.
