The Finance Analyst at Reactivate supports the company's renewable energy projects by developing financial models, conducting investment analyses, and assisting with project finance transactions to ensure strategic growth and financial health.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate renewable energy project performance and viability
Conduct investment analysis to assess risks, returns, and sensitivities for project pipeline and investment opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect assumptions and validate project data
Prepare and present financial reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior leadership
Support deal negotiation and execution of project finance transactions, including dataroom management and closing checklists
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or other investing roles in power, utilities, infrastructure, or real assets
Strong proficiency in cash flow modeling and valuation techniques
Proven track record of working with complex financial data and developing key insights for senior leadership teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and opportunities in financial scenarios
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience preparing and delivering presentations to senior management and board members
Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future
