Job Description

The role involves developing and presenting data-driven value propositions and business cases for clients, collaborating with internal teams to maximize the value of the company's data platform, and supporting strategic client relationships through financial analysis and value quantification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present client value propositions quantifying contributions to cost savings, revenue increase, sustainability, and risk reduction.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive client business cases in cashflow and profit/loss formats throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop commercial strategies and optimize deal monetization.
  • Validate and gain consensus on value assessments and business cases with client stakeholders.
  • Contribute to writing and delivering client proposals and value propositions.
  • Perform post-sale value realization assessments to measure delivered value.
  • Develop data benchmarks and financial models to support future value propositions and ensure repeatability.
  • Engage with strategic clients to quantify and position the full value of solutions, improving key business metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent field, able to clearly outline economic propositions to clients using the language of Finance.
  • 5 years of experience working within a financial analysis role preferably in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Consulting, or IT.
  • A broad understanding of IT infrastructure or a desire and aptitude to learn it.
  • Attention to detail and proven ability to synthesize, analyze and problem solve using large volumes of data and translate it into business value propositions.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence business and IT stakeholders.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value and building long-term relationships.
  • Familiarity with tools and frameworks for ROI analysis and value quantification.
  • Deep proficiency with Excel with demonstrable experience of building sophisticated analysis models.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change.
  • Experience in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar systems and tools.
  • Desire to travel part time and get in front of clients.
