Job Description
A Strategic Account Executive responsible for developing and managing enterprise customer accounts within the Manufacturing industry, driving revenue growth through solution selling, relationship building, and collaboration with internal teams and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts in the Manufacturing sector.
- Engage with C-level executives and cross-line-of-business stakeholders to promote Celonis solutions.
- Represent and sell the full suite of Celonis products and services to enterprise customers.
- Achieve individual revenue targets by closing six-figure deals within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales and customer success.
Requirements
- Experience selling enterprise software at C-level (CIO, CFO, CPO, COO) within the Manufacturing industry
- Native Japanese language proficiency
- Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Proven experience working with Partners, such as Consulting firms and Enterprise Tech companies
- Experience engaging with cross Line-of-Business at C-level and below
- Ability to represent the entire Celonis suite of solutions including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sustainability, and Opportunity Management
- Experience in SaaS or software sales with value selling approaches
- Ability to build enterprise customer accounts and deliver against revenue targets
- Experience managing a revenue target for closing six-figure deals within assigned accounts
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including business development representatives, marketing managers, partner managers, sales engineers, pre-sales, customer success managers, professional services, and implementation partners
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-moving, high-growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, inclusive approach to work
- Demonstrated ability to leverage internal resources and work as part of a team
