Job Description
A Technical Services Engineer at Pure Storage is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer technical issues related to hardware and software, performing implementation tasks, and collaborating across departments to ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, innovative data storage environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues across all severity levels
- Perform implementation tasks such as software and hardware upgrades and RMA dispatch
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and share knowledge through documentation
- Manage multiple support cases simultaneously
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams regarding technical issues and solutions
Requirements
- Hands on experience in customer-facing and or technical support support work
- Must be willing to work in shifts
- Experience with customer service and or exceptional interpersonal skills
- General technical aptitude, attention to detail and ability to take initiative
- Willing to work collaboratively and be an active team player
- Desire to learn, grow and seek continuous improvement
- Good communication, organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical education preferred, not required
