Job Description
The role involves supporting customers in leveraging Celonis Process Intelligence to identify business challenges, build use cases, demonstrate value, and drive process improvements, with a focus on customer engagement, solution consulting, and value realization across various industries and regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to identify core business challenges and develop solutions using Celonis technology
- Build demos, business cases, and use cases to demonstrate value and support customer acquisition
- Conduct value assessments and proof-of-value projects to quantify benefits and develop strategic roadmaps
- Facilitate workshops to identify process improvement opportunities and initiate change initiatives
- Present value realization results to senior management and stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic expansion plans to drive adoption and growth of Celonis solutions
- Provide feedback to product teams for platform and application enhancements based on customer insights
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and respective Software deployment, ideally in a customer-facing role in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, IT Management Consulting with a Business Software SaaS Provider or a Consultancy, or in an In-house role such as a Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise.
- Good knowledge of Business Software SaaS applications such as SAP, with experience in implementing RPA and/or BI Tools, and/or building Dashboards, Apps, and Action Flows.
- Hands-on SQL experience and Python is preferred.
- Experience in collaborating with IT teams.
- Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, being a change agent, and training users and process owners to realize value.
- Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines across multiple projects at different parts of the value journey, leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem where possible.
- Experience in preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Italian and English.
