Job Description
The Technical Services Engineer at Everpure is responsible for resolving complex technical issues within cloud-native Kubernetes and multi-cloud storage environments, ensuring platform resilience, optimizing data security and performance, automating support operations, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to support customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve complex infrastructure issues involving Kubernetes, Linux systems, and multi-cloud environments to ensure platform availability
- Troubleshoot and optimize database performance for MongoDB and PostgreSQL, and secure environments with SSO tools and API integrations
- Develop automation scripts in Bash and Python to streamline log analysis and diagnostic tasks
- Lead technical communication during critical escalations, providing updates to management and customers to de-escalate issues
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional enterprise level technical support role.
- Hands-on mastery of Kubernetes administration and deep Linux knowledge, including networking, storage, and system internals required to navigate and fix complex cloud-native architectures.
- Proficiency in querying and troubleshooting MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases, and the ability to write production-grade automation scripts in Python or Bash.
- Practical experience managing VPC private cloud environments and physical data centers, including troubleshooting APIs and cloud-specific infrastructure.
- Experience resolving complex infrastructure impediments, owning end-to-end troubleshooting and resolution of advanced issues involving Kubernetes, Linux system internals, and multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, IBM Cloud) to maintain 24/7 service availability.
- Ability to manage and troubleshoot database performance for MongoDB and PostgreSQL, and secure environments through deployment and debugging of Single Sign-On (SSO) tools and API integrations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to translate technical jargon into actionable insights for stakeholders and lead customers through critical system failures.
- In-office presence at the Lehi, UT office, with the expectation to work onsite unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary range: 82,000 - 123,000 USD annually
