The role involves leading the Strategic Insights Center of Excellence within the Commercial Strategy Transformation team, focusing on analyzing business performance, developing data-driven insights, and managing large-scale commercial transformation initiatives to drive growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Strategic Insights Center of Excellence supporting business performance analysis and transformation initiatives
Gather, analyze, and interpret commercial performance data, customer insights, and market trends to generate actionable insights for executive decision-making
Develop data-driven hypotheses, business cases, and financial models to assess the feasibility and ROI of transformation initiatives
Support the Rhythm of the Business operating model, including QBR preparation, dashboard development, and performance monitoring
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate assumptions, conduct sensitivity analyses, and present strategic recommendations
Manage program execution of commercial transformation projects, ensuring stakeholder engagement and successful adoption
Create and maintain dashboards and KPI tracking mechanisms to monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities
Requirements
10 years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years in management consulting, private equity, or top-tier tech strategy or business operations functions
Robust analytical skill set combined with intellectual curiosity and open-mindedness to accelerate change
Experience with go-to-market (GTM) strategies involving strategic business transformation and commercial excellence topics such as operating model design, process efficiency, sales effectiveness, productivity improvement, and revenue acceleration
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to program manage and execute large-scale transformations
Strong influencing skills and the ability to inspire teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Strong leadership capabilities, including developing and mentoring leaders, driving team performance, and planning for team productivity, charter, and skill development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and commitment to quality
Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule, managing processes, driving quality improvements, and fostering continuous improvement
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to executive audiences
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
MBA or advanced degree preferred
Experience in the B2B technology industry is a must
Knowledge of the data storage industry is a plus
