Job Description

The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for designing and executing end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns, orchestrating customer journeys across multiple channels, and leading cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth within the data storage and technology industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and orchestrate end-to-end integrated GTM journeys and campaigns to guide target segments through the marketing funnel.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Web, Digital, and Brand teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
  • Activate marketing automation and ensure alignment across marketing operations, digital, and product teams.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance indicators to improve conversion rates, pipeline progression, and marketing ROI.
  • Present campaign strategies and results to executive leadership and manage external agency partnerships.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B Integrated Marketing Strategy, with extensive experience building and leading multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns within the B2B technology sector such as IT, data storage, or cloud computing.
  • Proven ability to map complex buyer lifecycles and implement personalization and segmentation strategies that drive measurable engagement and revenue impact.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects through influential communication and transparent stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency with marketing technology stacks and analytics tools to interpret performance signals and translate raw data into actionable campaign optimizations.
  • Ability to design and orchestrate end-to-end integrated GTM (Go-To-Market) journeys and campaigns, utilizing a data-driven jobs-to-be-done (JTBD) framework to deliver personalized, multi-channel experiences.
  • Experience acting as the central hub for marketing operations, collaborating with teams such as MOPS, Digital, and Product to activate automation and ensure a consistent, unified voice across all touchpoints.
  • Ability to define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as buying group coverage and pipeline progression, and to rapidly iterate strategies to improve conversion rates and maximize marketing ROI.
  • Experience presenting journey strategies and campaign results to executive leadership and managing external agency partnerships.
  • Willingness to work primarily in an in-office environment at the Raleigh office in accordance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
