Job Description
A Technical Program Manager responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software and hardware programs that support high-performance storage platforms, collaborating across teams to ensure quality, timely delivery, and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive program execution from definition to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the technical hub for programs, managing system dependencies and release risks.
- Own stakeholder communication and provide clear program status updates to executives and partners.
- Lead continuous process improvements to optimize quality, productivity, and time-to-market.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in managing the full lifecycle SDLC of complex software programs, successfully shipping products to market with a predictable and frequent cadence.
- Strong ability to create structure and drive execution in ambiguous environments, navigating unknowns, resolving complex dependencies, and holding teams accountable for results.
- Deep technical ability to understand distributed systems, triage technical risks, and facilitate in-depth discussions with engineers without needing to be a software developer.
- Exceptional skills in influencing cross-functional teams and articulating a program’s big picture to both technical and executive audiences.
- Proven track record of strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise sound technical judgment and take ownership of the product experience.
- Work from the Prague office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
