Job Description
A Technical Program Manager responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software and hardware programs that support a high-performance storage platform, ensuring cross-functional collaboration, technical oversight, and quality assurance from concept to release.
Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate complex software and hardware programs from concept to delivery
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align engineering execution with business goals
- Manage program schedules, define priorities, and make trade-offs to ensure timely delivery
- Identify and mitigate risks related to system dependencies and release processes
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communication and program status updates
- Lead process improvements to enhance quality, productivity, and time-to-market
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in managing the full lifecycle SDLC of complex software programs, successfully shipping products to market with a predictable and frequent cadence.
- Strong ability to create structure and drive execution in ambiguous environments, navigating unknowns, resolving complex dependencies, and holding teams accountable for results.
- Deep technical ability to understand distributed systems, triage technical risks, and facilitate in-depth discussions with engineers without needing to be a software developer.
- Exceptional skills in influencing cross-functional teams and articulating a program’s big picture to both technical and executive audiences.
- Proven track record of strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise sound technical judgment and take ownership of the product experience.
- Work from the Prague office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
