Requirements
Extensive experience leading large-scale software release cycles within a complex SDLC, with a proven ability to manage projects from initial investigation through to global market delivery.
Advanced analytical skills used to triage technical risks, navigate cross-functional dependencies, and make high-stakes tradeoffs that balance speed with system stability.
Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, capable of driving accountability across diverse teams and influencing technical direction without direct authority.
A relentless focus on the product experience, utilizing data-driven insights to maintain high standards for quality and operational excellence.
Ability to develop and own end-to-end release strategies, including planning, coordination, and execution of complex software release cycles, with robust schedules and risk-mitigation frameworks.
Experience identifying and implementing process optimizations that drive organizational consistency and efficiency, enabling engineering teams to innovate faster while maintaining rigorous architectural standards.
Proven ability to serve as a single point of contact for program delivery, orchestrating collaboration between engineering, product management, and field teams to resolve blockers and align on critical release tradeoffs.
Experience establishing clear program KPIs and communication channels to provide executive stakeholders with transparent updates on progress, resource allocation, and mitigation strategies for technical risks.
Experience continuously refining release tools and methodologies to improve team responsiveness to feedback and ensure program success in the field and customer base.
Ability to work primarily in an in-office environment at the Santa Clara, CA office, in compliance with company policies.
