Job Description
A Senior Technical Program Manager responsible for leading firmware development and release processes for data storage products, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams, managing schedules and risks, and driving timely, high-quality product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead firmware feature milestones development and planning for Direct Flash Module products
- Manage the end-to-end firmware release lifecycle, ensuring integration with system software and hardware requirements
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies through cross-functional collaboration
- Enhance and evolve agile practices such as sprint planning, backlog management, and team synchronization
- Develop and maintain dashboards and tools for real-time visibility into program health, progress, and risks
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading complex software and firmware release cycles with a predictable and frequent cadence.
- Ability to influence and drive outcomes across a growing organization, coupled with strong technical and project judgment.
- Experience in owning the product experience, quality, and key metrics.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of end-to-end development best practices.
- Work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.

Annual base salary range of $165,000 to $248,000 USD
