Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end management of large-scale hardware projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Coordinate hardware and software teams to ensure seamless product integration and manage dependencies.
Identify and mitigate technical risks and bottlenecks through cross-functional collaboration.
Develop and implement processes and tools to improve the hardware product development lifecycle.
Communicate complex technical issues and project updates clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
A foundation in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field that allows you to engage deeply with highly technical management and engineering teams.
Significant experience typically 8 years managing complex project schedules specifically within the Hardware Product Lifecycle, from prototyping to mass production.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, making sound recommendations that balance speed-to-market with product quality.
Collaborative mindset with the soft skills required to influence and lead technical teams, external vendors, and diverse business groups without direct authority.
Strong organizational skills and familiarity with modern project management methodologies and tools used to drive large-scale hardware software integrations.
Ability and willingness to work from the Bengaluru office in compliance with Pure Storage policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
