The role involves supporting and optimizing the talent acquisition process through process documentation, training, tool management, and data analysis to ensure efficient and high-quality global hiring operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update global TA process documentation and SOPs
Conduct training sessions and office hours to support team mastery of tools and workflows
Troubleshoot and optimize recruitment tech stack tools such as Greenhouse, Gem, HackerRank, and LinkedIn Recruiter
Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to evaluate process health and training effectiveness
Contribute to and organize the TA Knowledgebase for easy access and up-to-date resources
Create and maintain training materials including slide decks, guides, and communications
Requirements
Experience applying professional concepts and company policies to resolve a variety of operational or administrative tasks within a high-growth environment.
Ability to explain routine processes clearly to others and comfort presenting technical how-to information to small or mid-sized groups.
Proven ability to triage and resolve problems of moderate scope in a fast-paced environment, including calmly managing competing requests, untangling workflows, and applying sound judgment within defined procedures.
Inclination towards streamlining processes and maximizing output, with practical experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Greenhouse to maintain data integrity.
Ability to review Tableau dashboards and proactively build or request data visualizations to identify bottlenecks and improve team performance.
Experience creating and maintaining comprehensive training resources, including slide decks, quick-reference guides, and communications.
Experience applying professional concepts and company policies to resolve operational or administrative tasks in a high-growth environment.
Ability to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
