Job Description
The Business Operations Manager for Global Real Estate is responsible for leading data-driven financial planning, operational excellence, and process automation to optimize Everpure's global real estate portfolio and support high-stakes international initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting for real estate operations.
- Perform transaction-level analysis and maintain automated long-range financial forecasts for the real estate portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, SOX regulations, and capital project protocols.
- Identify and implement process automation to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
- Define and monitor KPIs to optimize costs and support real estate decision-making.
- Provide financial advisory support on vendor setup, purchase requisitions, and account coding.
- Conduct post-mortem analyses on budget cycles to improve financial processes and project performance.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in business management, finance, or operations, with a deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial principles.
- Advanced proficiency in data and automation tools, including Tableau, Snowflake, Alteryx, SQL, and the ability to build and manage AI tools and bots beyond simple prompting.
- Proven ability to document complex processes and implement lean methodologies such as Six Sigma to drive efficiency and data integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data from various global sources into clear, decision-ready models and reports.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead financial refresh meetings across different time zones.
- A proactive approach to working in dynamic environments, with the capacity to shift priorities and support global stakeholders up until 11am PST as needed.
- Ability and willingness to work primarily from the Prague, Czech Republic office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
