Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end supply chain execution for all production activities, ensuring manufacturing readiness and supply continuity.
Lead operational excellence and risk mitigation across the contract manufacturing network, focusing on KPIs like on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, yield, and cost reduction.
Serve as the primary escalation manager for supply chain and manufacturing issues, developing and implementing production strategies from NPI to EOL.
Develop and implement supply and demand variability strategies to identify material risks and improve processes internally and with partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational execution with product and business strategies, ensuring global standards and best practices.
Requirements
Proven expertise in Global Contract Manufacturing (CM) management and supply chain execution, with a strong emphasis on operational leadership and continuous improvement.
Deep functional understanding of production planning and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems, including Bills of Materials (BOM), inventory control, shortage resolution, and the purchase-to-pay cycle.
Demonstrated ability to navigate high-stakes ambiguity, applying excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking to manage escalations and drive clear, actionable strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills required to effectively manage internal global teams and external supplier relationships, driving unified outcomes.
Strong analytical capability for monitoring complex supply demand data, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and translating data-driven insights into process optimization and risk mitigation strategies.
SAP experience strongly preferred; experience with other ERP systems is a plus.
Ability to work in an in-office environment at the Parbubice office plant in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
