Job Description

The Strategic Partner Marketing Manager at Pure Storage is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to generate enterprise pipeline through partnerships, collaborating with regional teams, managing co-marketing efforts, and acting as a key advocate for partners to ensure alignment and business growth across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and support execution of integrated marketing plans to generate partner-sourced enterprise pipeline
  • Coordinate co-marketing efforts with distributors and technology alliances to strengthen market positioning and access new accounts
  • Collaborate with regional Field Marketing Managers to execute joint initiatives and ensure measurable business outcomes
  • Build and maintain relationships with Channel Sales to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and motivate partner sellers
  • Represent Pure Storage at partner events, serving as a brand evangelist and subject matter expert
  • Track and optimize MDF budgets and KPIs to ensure program impact and regional budget health
  • Provide strategic insights and data-driven guidance to optimize marketing strategies and ensure global programs' local success

Requirements

  • Six (6) years of experience in B2B Channel or Partner Marketing, specifically within the High-Tech SaaS Infrastructure sector.
  • Expertise in leading by influence to gain buy-in from regional Field Marketing teams and partner stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
  • Proven track record of coordinating across diverse teams to ensure unified execution and shared success.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and partner relations across the EMEA region.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Professional proficiency in at least one secondary language such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Expert-level knowledge of MDF (Market Development Funds) management, ensuring compliance and maximizing ROI.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and PRM (Partner Relationship Management) platforms.
  • Experience with Tableau or similar Business Intelligence tools for pipeline reporting is a major plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence partner executives and gain marketing budget share.
  • Ability to translate vision and strategy into business outcomes for annual marketing plans and executive summaries.
